Fatigue and Support

Strength for Living:

A fatigue support group

Fatigue Support. Fatigue is a common side effect of cancer and cancer treatments. Getting more sleep may not always help. But, there are things you can do, like exercise, eating right, and taking frequent breaks. HOPE offers a once a month fatigue support class that is open to cancer patients. Each class meets at HOPE on the first Tuesday of every month from 6-8 pm. Please call 828-670-8403 to reserve your spot; a dinner will be served. www.cancersymptoms.org
